Gary Lightbody duets on the album with Lisa Hannigan (Damien Rice), on a track named ‘Some Surprise.' The Cake Sale is a band featuring a loose and expansive collective of musicians and writers who have combined to create a 9-song CD of the same name which will be released in Ireland, through Oxfam Records on the 3rd November. The album features contributions from amongst others Damien Rice, Gemma Hayes, and Neil Hannon, as well as members of Bell X1, The Frames, The Cardigans, Turn and The Thrills. The album has only been released in Ireland, but the CD is availible on a website (will try and find it)
