18 year old Eliot Vassamillet, a contestant from Belgium's version of The Voice in 2018, has today been confirmed as their representative for Tel Aviv. We won't be hearing the song until at least late February but one of the co-writers of "City Lights" will be writing it!
This may be considered sacrilege by some, but I've never been a fan of 'City Lights' so I'm not overly excited for this. I'm expecting Jack and Joseph to stan him however.

I think it’s a solid enough entry and a step up from last year, but it doesn’t reach the brilliant heights of Rhythm Inside or City Lights which is a shame.
Easily the weakest Belgian entry since Rhythm Inside. The climax when the walls came down in the video just wasn't exciting enough.
A huge step up from last year, but it's not nearly as good as rhythm inside, what's the pressure and city lights. Well done RTBF!
The verses had me think something was building...then it just didn't. :/
The whole song feels like one massive run up to a long jump but the song ends before the jump  It just doesn't really go anywhere, it's not bad at all but it goes nowhere and feels quite safe and this'll do whereas say City Lights and Rhythm Inside went for it and worked.
I can see why they've gone for this sound; it's very 'Spotify fodder' of the times. It's not that it's bad, it's just very blah. I think it's about as good as last year tbh and can see it going out.
This has grown massively with a few listens. Much prefer it to last year! It just pales compared to the glorious "City Lights".
