A big chunk of the album plays it quite safe and doesn't bring anything too exciting, although most of the originals are really great. 'Only You' as the lead was pretty dull and it's a shame neither '100 Degrees' and 'Everyday's Like Christmas' were pushed properly. Sitting on 'Christmas Isn't Christmas...' was criminal too.

 

The only studio album cover I have issue with is Kiss Me Once so now it's just a case of which I like the least. I guess Kylie Christmas is the one that doesn't grab my attention much.

Kylie Christmas, body language and kylie Christmas. Kylie Christmas is what it is and has been done to death by many but least there is some originals on offer. Body language still falls into the bad follow up category for me as the fever follow up had potential to be huge and capitalize on the success but body language kinda slowed down the momentum.

This is an easy one, its gotta be Kylie Christmas in all sections. Very surprised it didn't go first in the least fave album vote, but considering 'KMO' was quite a disappointment and (thanks mainly to the label's meddling), even the tour ended focusing less on the album and became more of a 'Greatest Hits', despite being named after the album.

But anyway before I go completely off topic, the X-Mas album was fine for what it was, nothing special - just seemed very contract obligation to me. The cover for the first edition does give you idea of what its about, a Christmas album, they don't do anything for me in general, just very by the numbers, (better than the 'Snow Queen' version though).

As for the single collection, just very EH!, 'Only You' was nice enough, but an odd choice to lead this project and didn't even have a video, so what was the point really, firstly it didn't even have a music video and think most people classes 'Santa Baby' as a lead because that's the only song that's done anything chart-wise (unless you count 'OY' #155 as a smash hit) and gets regular airplay for the festive period, and plus its far better.

'100 Degrees' & 'Every Day's Like Christmas' are both fantastic, especially the latter which is a perfect example of a classy X-Mas song, and had a great music video to boot (why wasn't this made the lead), and the former a fantastic Disco stomper with both Minogue sisters at their finest and again why wasn't this given a proper push, they both had far more potential than 'OY' at the very least. As for 'At Christmas', another decent track, but doesn't really feel like a single in my opinion and WHY is there no festive fun music video.

On the whole the single choices apart from 'OY', are fine enough...

I think I’m one of a very few selection of people who love the Christmas album, very few songs on it I don’t like, especially “Christmas isn’t Christmas til you get here” “At Christmas” and “everydays like Christmas” especially the Pwl version. I really really dislike “100 degrees” though 🤢

 

Body language and KMO are my first choices for least liked albums but I think after the 3rd round, people’s choices will be very interesting

I like 100 degrees but I always had much higher hopes for a kylie and dannii duet and this wasnt as good as I thought it would be.i also thought a duet by them would easily make the top 75.

Many fans adore 100 degrees.

As a song i dont love it or hate, it is a middle of the road number.

I do agree that a Dannii and Kylie duet had the potential to be far greater than 100 Degrees.

I wonder will they ever duet again.
