GA are ahead of the babes at 8

Apparently there are some sales missing, so when they are added it'll climb up a bit I think. :D

Also hoping for Westlife to go down. ^_^

They're quite far ahead of no.10 so definately won't drop

It all depends on how they climb yet....

@ Timpo

Thanks for the info .... but as a Mutya Fan  ... do you know the midweeks of GM ft. Mutya - This is not real love too ?

... And what i really wanted to know all the time I vistited this board.... where do you get your infos?

about Easy... it MUST climb! If they fall out of the Top 10 they probably won't release GTBG

Thank you :)

great that there are ppl who share those infos ... :cheer: (nice cheerleader)

here in Austria I don't know any newspaper where you have to pay for the online-versions...

I don't think it's going to be going too well for the Sugababes now, it seems GA have had somewhat of a revival the Sugababes seem to be going backwards. I know it's not a comeback single but it's a new song from a new project, but who would have thought the day would arrive when they wouldn't make number 1 with a new single.
This is a really bad placeing for them I don't think its debatable. Its a new single from a new project - This should be big! Personally I think the general public are getting alienated by the lineup change and no doubt blame will be put on Emmele - quite reminiscent of Bananarama's lineup change and everybody blamed the new girl for them going down hill. Hope the babes dont go down that road, but its not looking good
It doesn't look good, and it is bad to see but with All Saints sitting pretty at number 3 in the midweeks have the Sugababes been replaced?

The way I see it is Sugababes and All Saints are more likely to be in rivalry then lets say...sugababes and girls aloud. However, I think their is room for another girl band in the pop market. So All Saint's success should not effect the Sugababes one bit. I simply think its bad timing, people overall have had mixed reactions about the song and the line-up change is starting to miff people.

I know what you mean, Sugababes and All Saints are more likely to content with each other. I mean maybe the disaterous placing of Follow Me Home hasn't really done much to help Easy. Maybe people are missing Mutya, Sibouhn was only in when they had little success, Mutya was there when they gained the number ones, people knew her.

Exactly. Sibouhn never enjoyed much commerical success with the Sugababes so her absence was generally overlooked by the general public - to the point where people forget that Heidi was infact a replacement. However Mutya's absense has been very noticable and not to mention abrubt. Making it hard for Emmele to "fit in". I think this has allot to do with the sugababes slump lately.

I think a new album might be able to help because they will going into a new era of the Sugababes as Taller In More Ways was still Mutya terratory and the GH, Amelle hardly has anything to do with it.

i think it will chart at number 7 or 8.

would love it to go top 5 tho, its well better than madonnas jump

Cheap.

Jump will drop, don't worry.

Get Together was #4 in the midweeks too and it ended up at 7.

....... Amelle ... and Siobhan :P

Yes it was bad timing for them to release this week. and it is bad timing anyways in my opinion. When Mutya left they shouldn't have re-releasad TIMW and re-record a track wich was dedicated to Mutya's babygirl ...(that was upsetting many ppl)

It would have been much better if they concentrated on a new Album instead of re-recordings and legal battles to re-record all Mutya vocals for a greatest hits ... that Amelle is really acepted as a new member very fast.

The public only noticed that there were only a string of re-recordings and re-releases, a string of battles, and Easy as the first new track with Amelle....

Its not Amelle's fault... its the fault of the management and their record-company, who seems wanting to sqeeze out the old Sugababes without thinking about that there might be a very good future for the Babes
