Starting from the oldest to the newest I can't find the earlyest but basicly it just explains about her taking out the restraning order, the other two articles come from digital spy. Maksim Miakovsky was arrested last Friday after a private detective discovered his plot to murder the actress. Duff took out a restraining order against the man a month ago, fearing for the lives of both herself and boyfriend Joel Madden. Ms Duff's lawyer filed papers claiming that the Russian "has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (i.e. those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention." He is currently being held on bail worth $200,000. Maksim Miakovsky refuted all accusations in court yesterday, after he was detained last Friday. The 18-year-old was held in Manhatten Beach jail earlier this week. The man's bail was increased from $200,000 to $1 million, and he was given a second court date on November 22. The appointment will determine if the case has enough evidence to go to trial. November 9, 200618 yr I remember seeing this on E! over the weekend. creepy stuff! He came to to america "to get romanticly involved with hilary duff. anybody who stands in their way will be destoryed" YIKES. Poor Hilary
