Incredibly, Dancing is already a year and a half old.

Into The Blue is almost 5 and half years old.

Both served as lead singles from Kiss Me Once and Golden.

 

With the passing of time, which of the 2 songs do you prefer?

Dancing 1000% gets my vote.

Kylie's best single since All The Lovers.

Overall, Dancing is among the standouts in Kylie's highly impressive single discography.

I feel like I get more out of 'Dancing', and it's become more essential for me over time than 'Into The Blue'.

 

Although I still listen to 'Into The Blue' a lot and have real moments with it.

Kylie just gleams when she performs Dancing and that gives the song energy.

I have yet to pick up that vibe on the few times i have see Kylie perform Into The Blue.

Love both - I feel like I need a break from Dancing/Golden as I played them SO much. I love that Dancing is becoming a staple/classic song.

I haven't played Golden in its entirety for a while now but Dancing and Music's Too Sad Without You have remained on my regular playlists.

I think ITB had the better video and all, but Dancing seems so much more Kylie and real. ITB felt a bit forced.

Easily dancing as it's far better and much more memorable.I like into the blue but its forgettable.

An aside: the perfect lead singles were chosen for both Aphrodite, Kiss Me Once and Golden! All the Lovers, Into the Blue & Dancing are my three favourite singles she's released in the 2010s.

Into The Blue was the best lead single but there was not a huge amount to choose from.

Overall, Kylie and the record companies have picked the correct lead singles with a huge exception with X as they got that one wrong.

It would be 'Into The Blue' for me.

 

 

Into The Blue does have its own fanbase and if Kylie tours the Greatest Hits it could be interesting if she adds new life to the song and performs it.

I did think Dancing may win this vote but expected more of a fight from Into The Blue.

Still prefer into the blue! Don’t think it gets the recognition that it deserves.

Dancing has a much stronger kylie vibe than into the blue for me.
