Scottish duo LOVE SICK’s UP hit Fever is here as well as Kurt Vile’s wonderful, hazy folk tune Bassackwards
August 3, 20195 yr 94 Ben Howard - Towing The Line this was probably my fav song of 2018 VtaTIBymLcw love the lyrics even if I don't have a clue about what he's singing about, love the "I'll crow for you, you crow for me" line
August 3, 20195 yr Can't say I've heard of any of those songs! (though I've liked some other tracks by Pond)
August 3, 20195 yr Lana to win with HIADTFAWLMTHBIHI or MAC The first one will be quite hard as it wasn't submitted :P
August 3, 20195 yr The first one will be quite hard as it wasn't submitted :P Might be something to do with it coming out in 2019
August 3, 20195 yr Actual results :o 4 songs I voted for out already x most of those are not surprising but I would have thought TĀLĀ could be a bit higher than that! Oops at there being 2 songs with no points at all x

Kero Kero Bonito made a drastic shift to noisy rock on Only Acting, and the underrated Villagers appear with Again, the slow building opener for their fifth album
August 3, 20195 yr I thought Gerry Cinnamon, Imagine Dragons, grandson and lovelytheband would do better there. Voted for a few of those (some quite high!) but no major disappointments though.
August 3, 20195 yr I think that's pretty much all my nominations out in that group oops You've still got Snow Patrol's Don't Give In (which I believe I gave quite a few points to!)

August 3, 20195 yr No major losses there but really liked What If This Is All The Love You Ever Get, glad most of my faves have come top 50!
August 3, 20195 yr It's a decent Snow Patrol song, but I think the ones to come are much better! I’ve always preferred What If This Is All The Love You Ever Get to Empress (only just though!) and Don’t Give In! Still, there were better songs on the album (especially A Dark Switch and Life On Earth!)
August 3, 20195 yr Forgot how good that album is tbh! My faves are Heal Me, Empress and Life on Mars. (Don't Give In just behind)
