If Corbyn enforces the whip and it fails then Boris can accuse Corbyn of sabotaging the will of the people at the next election which will be true. Labour should want to get Brexit done too.

Every MP was elected at least aa year after the referendum. Their presence in parliament is a more recent test of "the will of the people" than an advisory referendum.

How many more times do you need to be told that the referendum places no obligation on any MP?

Boris rejecting the May deal for being too weak and now accepting an even weaker deal that May said 'no British Prime Minister could accept' is just something else.
How many more times do you need to be told....

Do we even need to ask that question anymore?

A customs border down the Irish Sea is even worse than what was already in place regarding the backstop. May's deal made even worse - I didn't think it possible.
It's an absolute joke - and he capitulated to the EU's requests, as we all knew, after claiming he had all the cards

I said on DS ages ago that they should have a border slap down the middle of the Irish sea but meant it as a joke really. :D

Of course he buckled. Only an idiot would have thought that the UK and Boris held the cards here....... :teresa: :teresa:

He wants to carry out the people's will and get Brexit done. I don't blame him for buckling.

I thought you wanted him to be tougher with the EU?

I'm surprised you're not saying he's let the EU walk all over him, like you did with Madame Mayhem.

He literally can do no wrong in your eyes.

Would you care to list all the countries on Earth which have a customs border separating two parts of itself? It shouldn't take long.

BTW, I note you still haven't cottoned on to the fact that leaving the EU would merely be the first stage of the process. This will drag on for many years unless the government finally comes to its senses. Never forget that your big, fat, lying hero was a Remain supporter until he decided that backing Leave would be better for his career.

Can I answer that in the morning as I'm just counting them. Not many really. Single figures.

He wants to carry out the people's will and get Brexit done. I don't blame him for buckling.

The people's will - 17.1 out of 66 million and a split advisory vote, with a parliament since that disavowed that split decision 2 nation referendum? f*** off, you absolutr f***ing moron.

Should this deal pass, I don't see Northern Ireland remaining in the union. Full stop.

Big claps to Boris. Walked right over by EU negotiators. Threatens the union. An EU customs border between one part of the UK and another. Brilliant sovereignty. Someone tell me how this makes the country better and stronger. Please do not use the phrase 'gets Brexit done' in your answer.

USA/Canada re Alaska springs to mind.

Do you have any comment on the following poll Michael?
