I take this back because I wasn't aware that Dua will be part of Rock In Rio on September 11. As a consequence, I'm inclined to think that chances of her to come to Peru are none if it's taken into consideration that Live Nation is handling her concert and Coldplay's and looks like the Peruvian promoter opted to one of them (the latter) instead of both. Sigh! :(
