Of course there will be small areas of the country where he's disliked, just as the other leaders will be disliked by some too. :)

All people on benefits are scroungers and don´t want to work.

We don’t require your permission but cheers all the same. We all win in the dissolution of the Union. Scotland can take its place as a small progressive successful European nation and everyone can stop pretending that England is anything other than a racist stagnant shit filled pond

LOL you make me laugh. What if you go bankrupt? Will you come knocking on our door to re-join the UK?

Michael's not posted for a while. Hope he's okay and I haven't driven him away. :P

We'll be knocking on the door begging to rejoin the EU before that happens unless we get a government with the good sense to abandon the whole nonsense.

Denmark, Slovakia and Norway are all doing just fine without any interference from England. We will be champion on our own. And if we need to pay off some debts we can just hike what we charge little England for water seeing as most of it comes from Scotland and were the only country you’re hooked up to by pipe so you can’t go anywhere else

What about defence? Do you have your own army, navy and air-force?

All these things haven't been thought through properly by those wanting to break away from the UK.

If Boris wins and we do leave we'd need a new referendum asking whether we should re-join though. Am sure once the people see how great it is outside the EU they wouldn't want to go back in.

You appear to have mixed up the yes campaign with the leave campaign. Unlike the quitters, the yes campaign had a plan, a 670 page plan. you can read it here: https://www2.gov.scot/resource/0043/00439021.pdf

Military starts on page 232 and is so detailed that it includes shit like how many ships and of what kind we want in our navy.

We thought it through, we thought of every possibility. You can’t even decide on what Brexit means 3.5 years after the f***ing vote. So don’t come in here with your misplaced accusations about not thinking things through. If you and your leave voting brethren had thought things through we wouldn’t be having Brexit and be knee deep in this mess

No we wouldn't.

BTW, in what way is life outside the EU going to be brilliant?

Unfortunately, the law of unintended consequences kicked in. The Scottish independence plan gave the No campaign something to attack. The Leave campaign in the EU referendum decided not to take that risk.

Oh totally, it gave them a fixation point on currency but honestly I’d rather lose like we did than win like the quitters did. 4 years and the best we’ve got is Brexit means Brexit. At least we knew what we were voting for and what the independence process would look like, I do wish leave had been more forthcoming on details like this, at least then we could quantify the “will of the people” into something more meaningful than a sound bite with sinister overtones.

That's largely my point.

BTW, any news of the riots would happen if we didn't leave by now? It's very quiet in Remain-supporting Brighton, but how's it going in Leave-supporting areas?

ooh, I know this one! #brexitriots was trending, full of people highly amused at the fact there weren't any substantial riots. Just like in April. And March. Guess all these warnings 'you had better not piss off 17.4 million voters' turned out to be horseshit. Come on guys, we're supposed to be out by now. Not even a small 1 million strong march to Parliament to demand that we immediately close our borders with the EU and leave?

1000! Being generous.

No we wouldn't.

Once we Leave, any later grovelling attempt to rejoin will have us being offered the worst possible terms, so it's hardly a foregone conclusion that we'd accept.

As long as the Leave option is still open in some form, there will be no riots. I wouldn't like to say what might happen if were somehow blocked without a 2nd vote though...

The Brexit Party will stand candidates in every seat unless Johnson scraps his deal. They're willing to form an alliance if Boris agrees.

I hope they enjoy hundreds of lost deposits then!
