Bastille climb to the top spot with their latest single "Bad Decisions" rising 3-1, becoming their 4th #1 in total following "I Know You", "Quarter Past Midnight", and "Happier". Their previous single "Joy" missed out on claiming the #1 spot landing behind Avicii's "Heaven" in the chart week however it went on to become one of the biggest songs in my chart so far this year and will certainly do well in my end of year countdown. The rest of the Top 5 accommodates this climb slightly with Rex Orange County's "10/10" falling 1-2 and Flume & Vera Blue's "Rushing Back" 2-3.

Rex continues to hold firmly on to the #1 album of the week with "Pony", once again we have an instance where Bastille are blocked from the top spot. "Doom Days" seems doomed to spend it's days at #2 although the entry of "Another Place" with Alessia Cara may offer them the boost needed to claim the #1 album finally next week!

Bubbling Under

Katy Perry - Harleys In Hawaii

Rex Orange County - Pluto Projector

Rex Orange County - Always

Hello Dexton!

I'm glad to see both Bastille at the top and in the top 10 debut with "Another Place", I should make "Bad Decisions" a single soon, after "Another Place" dies out on my playlist.

The huge gains for "Turn Me On", "Lose You To Love Me" and "Bruises" are good too (In case of "Turn Me On", it grew on me a lot in recent weeks)

I also like most of the debuts (aside from "Clumsy Love"), "Don't Start Now" and "We Got Love" especially, because both songs are debuting in my chart on Friday, one of them could get #1, guess which one!

Also like the little bubbling under section, with "Harleys In Hawaii" and two Rex Orange County songs being there!

Great chart as always, have a great week!

Hey Dexton!

Snap :) it's not often we share the same #1 but we do this week. 'Bad Decisions' is another great song and well deserving of #1. I don't know why they've put the Alessia version of 'Another Place' out so quickly as the next single but I see you've already charted it, so I guess I'll be doing the same in the next week or two, as that deserves its own glory in the chart!

'Don't Start Now' did nothing for me on first listen but has grown with repeated plays. It's still not as amazing as I was expecting but I'm glad it's looking to be another big hit for her.

Not too impressed with the new Script one but I'm sure the album will still be good. New Sigella is quite catchy!

Great chart :D

only due to Armin taking over my chart, but Heaven higher on your chart than mine this week! :o

Another Place sounded nice enough but it won't be charting for me.

Used To Love is surprisingly really good, considering I didn't like Be Alright from Dean Lewis and Martin Garrix occasionally puts out a sub par track.

Hot Girl Bummer is starting to grow on me a bit, it's got a catchy hook.

Don't Start Now will be going nice and high in my next chart too, a great return from Dua.

We Got Love is another great Sigala track too, he rarely disappoints.

Hey sergej!

Bastille slaying here! Another Place could be yet another #1 for them here judging by the competition right now!

Turn Me On is growing on me a lot, Bruises too although it might not outpeak it’s original chart run

Why don’t you like Clumsy Love? We Got Love is great. Don’t Start Now is growing slowly but tbh Dua could’ve come back with something much stronger

Thanks!

I haven't listened to "Clumsy Love" yet, that's why I said aside "Clumsy Love", because I haven't heard it yet. I should've said it before I posted the comment.

Hey Mango!

Bad Decisions is amazing  I’m not even bothered with how fast they’re moving on from Bad Decisions to Another Place tbh because of how incredible both songs are!

Don’t Start Now is definitely a grower tbh

The album to me is so far so good, overall an improvement on Freedom Child but we’ll see what songs stand out over repeated listens

Thanks!
