What are the sales of Overloaded and Easy so far?

Easy is almost 30,000 I think

Week 01 - 04k

Week 02 - 15k

Week 03 - 10k

Overloaded, no sales have come through yet, but I'd expect it to be touching 65k

@ Kelly

Thanks :)

The sales have just been posted

57,284 for overloaded

and 100.502 for GM's 25 :)

.... the babes even lost the competition againgst Girls Aloud :(

GA ... sold last week (in their 2nd week) more than the babes in their 1st :(

Where is the album in the midweeks chart?

#8 :D A fair distance from #7, who btw, is Girls Aloud :D

I really do think Keisha jinxed things for them when she said that they'd whoop Girls Aloud with the single and album releases - they clearly havent.

Sad, they've had some fantastic hits - maybe too many people have the album or dont like the fact that its got hardly any new songs on it.

People probably don't want the Sugababes singles collection because their studio albums sold so much, and that's about it....

It'll hopefully do another 35k-40k this week

I thought the album may have climbed but oh well...

I didn't expect that coz 57k is not a #1 album, doesn't matter when they would have released .... an the first week is usually the strongest

Nah, look at the charts, it´s filled with hits packaged of artists whose studio albums sold more then Suga´s albums, like Robbie Williams, George Michael, Beatles, Jamiroquai, etc.

They're all different though

Robbie Williams, George Michael and The Beatles are massive so would always have big sales

And Jamiroquai's collection contains hits that were big 5/6 years ago, and especially seeing as though last years album didn't do much so people won't have heard the songs for a bit

Whereas Sugababes biggest song yet was only released a year ago and people who wanted will have bought it on the last album....

New stuff is needed from them tbh. All Saints had a flop Greatest Hits so it's not all bad

Could anyone tell me how the album/single are doing at the moment?

The single isn't Top 20, the album is #8 - 3k behind Girls Aloud at #7.

You're lucky you have a Chart mod as a Sugababes fan

I think the reason the album isnt doing great is due to mixed reactions to their 1st single "easy" and also its a poor collection in terms of only two new tracks for the fans.

I don't think it's a big deal about the Sugababes not doing as well as others

A manufactured act is always going to sell more of a Greatest Hits than others, because their songs are always instant cos they have to be I guess

Well Easy has been deleted from iTunes so I knew that was going to drop like a brick!
Yeah shame though i hope it goes like at least platinum [which it should easily]
