As For Shake It Off, it would count, but it was hardly a masterpiece was it...

 

Be Without YOu got #3 but ruled the airplay charts for 13 weeks I think or something in that vicinity..

 

I dont know about this whole awards thing, Ive got my opinions on who should win, others have theres, I guess we will have to wait and see

The Breakthrough is a great RnB album

'Be Without You' was a great song. 'Shake It Off' was not.

 

Mary's also a lot more popular with critics and people in the industry. She may well win.

 

I want her to release that Greatest Hits! (She was meant to release it instead of 'The Breakthrough')

No GH yet! lol after the next album I'd say. I just really didn't feel the Breakthrough album, it kinda bored me...

Yep they have nice beats, I remember when I was having my hair done they played the CD in the salon place, it sounds much better loud

Well I always thought Mary oversung every song I had heard by her, but then I really fell in love with Be Without You, and then I bought the album, haven't listened to it much, but there's a couple of good tracks in there. ^_^

Same, I LOVED Be Without You, I can't believe it charted so low in the singles charts! It's an okish album though, nothing to rave about...

Yeah I know! The album hovered between #40 and #50 until One was released too. :lol:

One was a good song, but I'm not surprised there isn't going to be a 3rd single...
