January 16, 20205 yr Nice to see Bring Me The Horizon get another number one (even if it's not as epic as nihilist blues) in your chart! A great title to go down in the archives of your number ones as well. Although this EP is kinda weird considering I've been a fan of theirs for years :lol: it's quite a catchy song, and I really like the second half of it! That was a pretty good run at the top for Billie Eilish as well, loved that song too. Great to see Blinding Lights have such a big climb, love that a lot at the moment! Lost In Yesterday and The Box are very good new entries too.

I can't get enough of all 10 minutes (possibly my longest chart topper ever actually?!) of this song, but yeah, 'nihilist blues' was my favourite song of last year so that was always going to be a high bar to top! I'm pleased that the electronic avenue of the new EP did really deliver for me after a taste of it with that anyway. Oh yes I can imagine that this must be a very strange direction for the fanbase :lol: Yes I think that was Billie's longest stint at the top to date! With 'bury a friend' having just the 1 week and 'when the party's over' 2, hooray. Excited for her BRITs performance! Oh yeah 'Blinding Lights' has finally clicked properly with me, I guess something so synth heavy was bound to eventually <3 love that it's doing so well officially now!
