Yes, in fact 1999 was the first year I ever watched the contest (as my Mum had it on in the background), and I was amazed when Say It Again came up as I'd bought it on single earlier in the week after hearing it on the radio and liking it.

 

Let's ignore the fact it said something like 'the UK's 1999 Eurovision entry' on the front of the sleeve - I was 12 and had no idea what Eurovision even was, nor did that fact stick in my mind during the week.
