Posted January 25, 20205 yr Good Girl Gone Bad and Loud are Rihanna’s biggest UK albums. Both #1 albums. Both pretty close in sales of over 2m copies. They are arguably two of the biggest pop female albums ever over here. But which one do people like the most? For me it’s Loud. I think it’s the most consistent album but Good Girl Gone Bad has some really high highs on there. But with Loud being the shorter album (and the one without a re-release) there’s less on there to skip. I also think her voice developed more when she released Loud. January 26, 20205 yr Definitely 'Loud'. GGGB is very disjointed and even a lot of the singles from that album are just not that good.
January 30, 20205 yr Author Shocked at the current poll results as they don’t match the comments! GGGB lovers why do you prefer it? (Just curious to see a mix of comments!) For me GGGB has super high highs, some unforgettable singles, videos, looks and was associated with a time Rihanna was HUGE. But it does have some filler on there. And vocally I think she’s improved since this era too. The highs are undeniable though! Can’t believe GGGB is a teenager this year :o
