April 25, 20214 yr I think this season shows that messy players are far more entertaining than ‘good’ players. It’s the season we’ve been needing for years. Such a relief to see shots actually being taken and targets changing. Shocked they got out Tera over Beth, could be a move that backfires if Jedson returns. How I’d have loved to see Jedson v Beth battling it out!! Also, I think I’ve missed something re Rohan’s huge popularity! Not that I dislike him but he’d probably be in the lower half of my rankings!
April 27, 20214 yr Author I am so pleased Tera's returned over Jed :kink: The way they got Jed out feels unfortunate on his part but it would've been such a shame for such a PERFECTLY executed blindside to be undone by a twist! Breydon winning HOH is interesting - first season of BBCan since the 4th one for everyone in the final 5 to have won an HOH competition! (that could even be extended to the top 6 to include Jed, in which case it's the first since BBCan3!) Having not seen noms spoilers, I feel like Beth and Tera are the easy pre-veto nominations but this could be a great chance to attempt a Kiefer boot again if he wants to really start building a CV.
May 1, 20214 yr Author I'd actually be happy with any potential winner at this point now that Beth's out. Ty is my top pick, followed by Tera and Kiefer, with Breydon as my least desirable outcome but even he's got a solid resume at this point after looking like a floater for a while. Impressive after it seemed the best people were dropping one by one when Julie, Josh and LaToya got evicted
May 4, 20214 yr Agreed, but I think my pick order would go Kiefer > Tera > Ty > Breydon. The fake double eviction twist went as well as it could've done really and thank god the latest eviction corrected the mistake they made during the fake eviction of getting Tera out over Beth, that confused me so much. Beth must be one of the most annoying houseguests I've ever seen on this show.
May 5, 20214 yr I was Ty > Kiefer > Brayden > Tara before this episode, but now I'm putting Tera right in front. Winning that F4 veto was everything and her sending Kiefer out the door only adds to her impressive resume. Fan Favorite is a hard pick, I'm leaning towards Kiefer at the moment. What he's done for his community has been great to watch and he's been a top tier housemate.
May 7, 20214 yr Arisa looks amazing our queen. Breydon winning Part 1 was amazing, he's been fantastic representation of thr LGBTQ community AND he's from my hometown! I don't think either Ty or Braydon would take Tara, which is sad, but I'm so proud of the prospect of 2 black men sitting in those final 2 chairs. This jury is fire as well, they all really respect everyone's games. Nobody was really all that salty or bitter. It's crazy to see how many votes Tera had in the jury, she played an awesome game. Braydon's jury responses are very strong. Ty did okay, he was a bit shouty at points. I was a bit surprised Braydon didn't get a few more votes. What a groundbreaking season. Fantastic winner as well. I can't wait for next year. Arisa knows what the fans want. Congrats Kiefer as well!
May 7, 20214 yr Author Really deserving winner in Ty, he played the game expertly and cut his alliance at just the right opportunity. A historic final 2 and both very worthy  Breydon's jury answers were really great and helped me to understand why he deserved to be there. What a season. Gutted it's over
June 9, 20214 yr @1402677818383900677 No surprises here! Following an incredibly successful season with our most diverse cast, the highest number of brand integrations, and the most innovative show twists to date – all while shooting during a pandemic –we are proud to greenlight another new season of Big Brother Canada,” said Lisa Godfrey, Senior Vice President of Original Content and Corus Studios. “Together with our talented partners at Insight Productions, we look forward to delivering Canadians another wild season of one of the most-talked about Original series in Canada.”
January 1, 20223 yr I've been rewatching Season 5 and I think another Second Chance season is in store. We can't wait too long between seasons to bring back players because BBCAN's Casting History is amazing. I'd lean towards seeing again: BB1: Emmett Blois BB2: Sabrina Abbate BB3: Jordan Parhar, Brittnee Blair BB4: Nobody BB5: Nobody BB6: Olivia Riemer BB7: Anthony Douglas BB8: Nobody, but I feel if they did a Second Chance season we would get a few from this season given it's COVID cancelation BB9: Kiefer Collison, Victoria Woghiern It was exceptionally hard to limit to 4 Male and 4 Females. The Females definitely have a stronger pool to pull from. Unfortunately not a lot of continuity between the players like BB5 had, but I simply had to include BB1-4 to get Sabrina and Brittnee back on Big Brother. Kelsey, Mitch, Breydon and Godfrey were all on my shortlist. I would have added Demetres because I see he's still with Ika, but unfortunately her relationship with the network has soured. I remember nothing about BB6 outside loving Paras and Olivia. Edited January 1, 20223 yr by Aaron.
January 6, 20223 yr @1479173873622994951 Season 2 of Big Brother Célébrités (Celebrity Big Brother) starts Sunday. It's presented completly in French and filmed in Quebec.
March 4, 20223 yr So this is off to an absolutely brilliant start  I don't hate anyone, there are some good casting decisions here. However now we have to wait until Monday for a new episode  I may have to dip back into the live feeds again... You might as well just stamp my stan account now: Betty Loving: Josh, Moose This Kyle Moore > The Other Kyle Moore: Kyle Moore Liking: Helena, Jess, Hermon, Jay, Gino Who: Jacey-Lynne, Marty, Summer, Tynesha No: Kevin, Stephanie I was not upset Melina left. Tho, did I see the signal of an alliance with Tynesha, Kyle and Gino when casting votes? Maybe more, I may have missed a few. Edited March 4, 20223 yr by Aaron.
