I was soooooo shocked! i got overly excited when they said delta would perform! she was great.. she sang better than westlife and kate looked shocked by the greatness of her voice.. as did simon infact... hopefully this will raise album sales a little bit for her.. so next sunday IE might make a RE around 100 but still thats good lol! mmm she looked different.. not as good as she has been looking in japan but still good... her face looked a little thin tho... my bro said she sounded great which was weird from him lol Maybe this means they will be releasing this song in the uk after all.... what has it come to where one appearence on the tv by her gets me really excited coz she is never on :( BUT now the uk know her talent :P

I liked it, she sounded really good but then again, we all know she's a talented singer - it's the people she chose to be with and weak songs that ended her career over here -_-

 

It is wierd for her to disappear and then have a huge "comeback" performance on the biggest show on TV without warning. Even though technically it wasn't a comeback.

 

The song was good, and I thought Westlife sounded quite good live ^_^

Well delta has been in the uk this week for the world music awards and westlife were due to perform, so maybe she didn't plan on coming on the show to sing, as the song she sang is only going to be released in australia... maybe westlife asked her last minute to come on and perform... if she releases this song with westlife here now.. itd be good if she had a solo song which she could follow it up with.

 

Also out of the blue was a bad choice of comeback single but it was obvious why she used it as he comeback single.... Almost here was a good single choice as it did well :P .... she should have then came back and released other good singles from her second album (which is better) but she decided not to as kerry and the bad publicity wrecked it for her -_- .... at one point ( Innocent eyes album) delta was quite big in the uk.

Exactly, Brian ruined it for her :( Oh and I liked her Innocent Eyes stuff, but everything I've heard since is weak in comparison.

 

I do hope she can come back and be big again though.

im so pissed i couldnt watch it. it isnt on youtube yet :cry: i hope someone will upload it. i cant believe this!! i bet she will release a single over there soon and then the album....do you think she will perform with westlife at the charity thing? because they are both going? do you think aofl will be a single? if they performed it....maybe she left japan to sing it and record a video....? meh i dont know. this can only lead to good things for delta. will have to wait and see if mirror or other uk media slay her for singing with them or adore her performance

mmm well like i said i think she was only in the uk for the world music awards so i doubt she came over to film a video for it but i hope she did... andre do you have her second album? i reccommend you buy it.. you can get it for around £4 from wollies and i will tell you which songs are great.. she did choose alot of bad singles off it tho... erm i doubt the press will even say anything.. they won't slag her off anymore tho .. as the media do not like kerry anymore since the drugs thing and her off the head interview with heat magazine

No Jack I don't have either of her albums, I liked the singles from her first era, and didn't like the singles from her second era :P I don't need an album to make that conclusion.

Yeah they said that they were going to release it in aus so maybe they will film a vid for it soon... and if people liked it on the x factor they may release it here, it has been a very long time since she has released over here now so it's looking up i guess :lol:

yeh didnt someone say that they winner of X factor maybe releasing twao? maybe this is why delta was on the show...?

Tbh, I wasn't blown away by Delta, after seeing her instore in japan i was expecting alot more!

I thought Delta performance put everyone else to shame tonight. Was fantastic performance. Hope it's on YouTube soon.

There is a link in this thread to dowload the clip from the show but i hope someone uploads it on youtube so that it can be posted... it isn't fair that she is so talented yet the uk don't buy her stuff :(

i need to see the full version. it was chopped up everywhere, hard to listen to when that is the case. i just hope the full version is uploaded to youtube soon
