It has come to the attention of Royal Mail that fraudsters are posting cards through household letterboxes from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Services), claiming that they have attempted to deliver a parcel and recieved no reply.

It also states that the householder need to call 0906 6611911 (A premium rate number)to re-arange delivery.

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER, it is a scam originating from Belize.

If you do call this number and hear a recorded message you will already have been charged in execess of £10.00 for the call!!!!

If you recieve such a card please call Royal Mail Security and Investigation Dept. on 0207 239 6655 or contact ICSTIS (The the premium rate call regulator) at www.icstis.org.uk

Wasn't that posted before  I read it before anyway.

Basically a problem with BT rather then Royal Mail. Could be endless scams getting people to ring premium rate numbers, for various reasons.

We got told about this a while ago, but it's £15, not £10.
