I did exactly the same thing and tried to find it on Spotify to give it a listen out of curiosity! I'm not sure how a Sam Feldt version of 'Back To Black' would even sound :unsure:

Low-key surprised Dua isn't top 10 on iTunes yet (ofc she'll do 1000 times better on streaming - but it's still surprising to me.)

I'm guessing people who would download it on iTunes are more likely waiting for the album.

 

It's #57 on Apple Music atm, I'm not sure I'd expect it to have a huge first day on Spotify, but it should climb a lot in its second day with the album release.

 

Meanwhile the top new song on Apple Music is... the lead single from Skepta, Chip and Young Adz' collab album which is also out tomorrow. In at #28 currently. Joy!! (I was on board until Young Adz x)

Fingers crossed (and I'm aware that worrying about things on iTunes is pointless nowadays but I feel like sometimes it can be a good indicator on what to expect for some acts)

The early and sustained iTunes success of 'Blinding Lights' and 'Physical' were definitely good indicators that they had potential to eventually take off more on streaming, which both have, so it's definitely not entirely meaningless for sure!
