Pearl Jam are set to release their 11th album 'Gigaton' on Friday - their first since 2013's 'Lightning Bolt'.

3 singles have been released so far: 'Dance of the Clairvoyants', 'Superblood Wolfmoon' and 'Quick Escape' (which released today) - Cairvoyants is really experimental (kinda new-wave) for them, with the other 2 being more classic-sounding Pearl Jam tracks. I'm looking forward to the album despite never actually hearing much of their old work other than some of their biggest hits.

I used to be the biggest PJ fan, even got the debut album on vinyl from back in the day

but they lost me after album 5, think Yield is the last album I bought from them

then I kinda reconnected when Eddie3 Vedder released the ukulele album

but then I saw him live and was one of the worst gigs I've ever attended, he played for like 3 hours and

instead of doing his songs he mostly was doing covers of obscure 70s songs no one had ever heard

we didn't even make it to the end of the gig :/
