December 4, 200618 yr it has not charted in USA? was on the HDD report but then didn´t appear in the top 200 :(
December 6, 200618 yr I don't think it's doing well at all in the UK. The other Enya albums spent months in the charts. Q Magazine said in 1995 re: 'The Memory of Trees' that there was only so many times that the public would be prepared to buy this sort of album. I have to agree. I love Enya but most of the record buying public will be happy to just one or two of her albums since they are not radically different. In the same way that I won't buy a third Dido album or another Tracy Chapman album. I also think the elusiveness, the lack of promotion overall, the refusal to tour, the lack of interaction with the fans, the poor choice of lead singles, have not helped Enya's success in the UK either.

It's sad cuz it's true. :( I still don't think it did too bad to say it had virtually no promo and only four new songs. I hope next year's full length Xmas album does better... I hope it isn't the first proper album not to go top ten. :(
December 6, 200618 yr I think Enya still has a good following, I have no doubt it'll be Top10 when it's released, I was really surprised Amarantine (probably spelt wrong. -_- ) went Top10. ^_^
