Not my usual sort of show but have seen ep1 of this new Sky boxset Gangs of London.

 

Basically the head of a crime family is killed and it’s about Gangs in London the hunt for the killer.

 

A lot of twists and turns throughout. It’s very very graphically violent however.

 

Supposedly (I can’t confirm this as I haven’t seen it) it’s similar to Peaky Blinders but it’s set in the modern day.

I've taped it on Sky Plus so have to watch it.

 

I've heard also the fight scenes are notorious!

I’ve watched 4 episodes today and I’m hooked! Really good gritty drama

I’m watching but almost from a cushion covering my face.

 

Some of those fight scenes. Like the meat cleaver one :puke2: :puke2:

 

Probably the most gory thing I’ve seen since juicy Lucy’s tongue got sliced off on Wentworth.

 

I’m a fan of the female villain Lale tbh. A ruthless queen 👑.

 

Has anyone seen this also seen Peaky Blinders? Is it similar that’s one thing I’ve never seen feel like giving it a go.

Season 2 is now available on Sky, but it's been so long since the first that I'm worried I won't remember any of it!

I didn’t enjoy series 1 so won’t be coming back for this!
