We at Inner Circle have been talking... we don't like the look of a certain part of the leaderboard:

SO LETS BREAK IT!

 

In this round (so that the semi-final & final have ALL eyes on them) Kylie & Little Mix will be having a FREE CHOICE PLAY OFF to break that tie! The song can't have been sent to this version of AF Idol already.

 

We were gonna just do On A Night Like This vs Move, but that'd have been the 4th time they'd faced off :') (AF Idol 1 - Original round + Play-Off & AF Idol 2 - Original round + this play-off) so we may as well mix it up!

 

THEY'RE NOT PLAYING TO GET BACK IN THE GAME. SIMPLY JUST TO SEPARATE THE TIE!

 

So Kylie & Little Mix - you also have until 17:59 (BST) 17th June 2020 to get your entries into us.

What shall we send???

 

I was gonna use 'Touch', but I think it'd be more fun to use 'Love Me Like You'!

Seriously though I'd say send 'Touch' if that's what's considered to be the best Little Mix song by the majority. I'd like to see what happens if both our acts send their best!

Love me like you is my favourite Little Mix song, there are only a couple of Kylie songs I can see beating it. Touch there are a lot of Kylie one's that would beat it for me

Oh and had this been used in the current round of top 40 (11-40) hits... LMLY woulda been #1 over any of the current entries for me :wub: In fact NMSS - had we chosen to save it for this round - woulda been #1 and 'Hair'/'Only You'/'Think About Us' woulda been top 2 with Gaga I think.

I felt awful not voting for LMLY over the Kylie option as LMLY is my favourite LM song! It just so happens that LAFS is also one my ultimate favourite Kylie songs too!!! LAFS also has extra sentiments from seeing it at Glastonbury and at Pride opening the shows so it just edged out.

 

If LMLY had been in the actual round for 11-40 then it would have been my #1 over all the other options EASILY!
