It's hard to gauge how well this is doing, it seems to be doing ok, but definitely could be better. So lets make sure we unite and vote for the almost-single IYLE? :D I'm confident that together we'll be able to avoid bottom 2, but we need to pull in stronger votes. :D

I think all of those are safe tbh! Little Mix are v popular across the board and some of the other forums are going to be running out of hits unless they go for their best (Zara, Take That, Spice Girls, Charli come to mind).

 

If I had to go with one I'd probably pick Salute.

My personal favourite out of the suggestions is Love Me Like You, but I sense that Salute has the potential to do better.

Of those mentioned Love Me Like You is by far my fave :heart: But I don't know how popular it is on here. Salute seems a pretty safe bet. I think LMLY should still get the girls through though.

I think Salute might be best. LMLY and NMSS could potentially still be used (theyre against each other as a potential in one of our future rounds)..

 

Salute is pretty much now or never I guess.. I hope it's enough. From other discussions further forums are going BIIIIIG for this!

So I did some digging in the most recent ROTD threads, here's how each of them fared:

 

'Salute' came 42nd (out of 109) in the 2014 ROTD round. Placing it 420th (out of 1110) overall.

 

'Love Me Like You' came 26th (out of 110) in the 2015 ROTD round. Placing it 290th (out of 1110) overall.

 

'No More Sad Songs' came 74th (out of 123) in the 2017 ROTD round. DEBUTING at 764th (out of 1110) overall.

 

So I guess 'Salute' might be quite good for this round then? LMLY would serve nicely in a future round I think. But NMSS seems to have a lot of vocal love... not as strong crossover appeal...

I would not go with NMSS but that's solely based on my taste.

I'd still go for Salute based on those results.

ROUND 5: Worst single

For group AF's you have a choice: The single MUST have finished bottom 3 for the main artist of the AF OR the solo single must have an average that is 4.99 or lower.

We really want to embrace the theme as fairly as possible across the board. <

We've been discussing this in the mod thread. Bounce Back is definitely more love/hate, but it evokes a reaction. Little Me is seen as a bit "eh" and just there, despite being the better made song etc..

 

What are your guys opinions?

Bounce Back is surely their only chance if they are the choices!!

I'd go for Bounce Back also, I think the others are more forgettable and whilst BB may be divisive it's more likely ot make peoples lists than the others.
