Morrissey - I Want To See The Boy Happy

Morrissey is an icon, a living legend..however, he does seem to have a worrying knack of always releasing the wrong singles from his albums - in particular the last 2 albums.

 

You have Killed Me was a shoddy first single from Ringleader... he should've shortened Life is a Pigsty, remixed it somehow and released that as a single for that 'big bang' effect - it's one of his finest ever solo recordings, to leave it as an album track is criminal.

 

This single, though.... Morrissey by numbers.... too lightweight for me, and it'll be a top 20 hit... but then disappear.
