Just started s2 of this and I love it.

 

Such a funny show! Anyone else a fan.

Brassic follows the lives of Vinnie and his five friends as they live their lives in the fictional northern English town of Hawley. The working class group commit various crimes to keep money in their pockets, but as they get older some of them start to wonder if there's more to life away from the town

It’s sort of like Shameless for those who watched that. I’m watching on Sky as a box set but seen it’s also on NOW TV.

I think Brassic is the best thing I've watched on TV in ages. It's very funny and deals with loads of tougher issues really well, and the second series definitely went up a level.

 

Joe Gilgun is brilliant in it, and I love Steve Evets farmer character - his festival rant cracked me

Series 2 feels like forever ago despite it only being May, but we have a preview of Series 3!

 

Oops at the gap here between posts but Series 5 starts on September 28th

 

Season 6 and 7 now confirmed. I thought I'd read somewhere that 6 would be the last but that's not the case now
