Posted June 17, 20205 yr Ashnikko has just released 'Cry' featuring Grimes, I'm pleasantly surprised! I love Ashnikko's vocals in this, but it's a shame it's not a bit longer. pssWSj42t8M
September 14, 20204 yr So with support from Radio 1, Spotify and Apple Music, Daisy looks set to enter the official chart this week. It’s a bop, had it on repeat so much since its release in July  6i01tOMgBDU Album with this and Cry is called DEMIDEVIL and is due out on October 9th.
September 14, 20204 yr Author Great to see Daisies doing well, and I can't wait for the album! I really hope this metal version of Cry with Employed To Serve gets an official release at some point also VKJtByuJaw0
September 29, 20204 yr Well Daisy reminds me a bit of Doja Cat in style with a Katy Perry-esque vocal style in the chorus and also strangely the chorus reminds me a bit in style of Dy-Na-Mi-Tee from the early 00s! Anyway I like this song and yes hopefully it will make top 40. September 30, 20204 yr This is slowly growing on me. Shouldn't this be in the R&B forum rather than Indie though?
October 2, 20204 yr Author Daisies enters the top 40 this week at #34! This is slowly growing on me. Shouldn't this be in the R&B forum rather than Indie though? Eh Daisies would be there on it's own, but her general sound is more a mash up of everything - which I'd say would lean towards alt. (She's featured on alt/indie Spotify playlists as well, with songs like the lead single Cry)

(She's featured on alt/indie Spotify playlists as well, with songs like the lead single Cry) Fair enough - 'Daisy' is literally the only thing I've heard by her so I just assumed that was her sound! I'll have to check out some of her other stuff then.

October 4, 20204 yr Author "Clitoris! The Musical" has actually been floating around for a while, but is only now getting an official release S0C5pZQ90B4
October 11, 20204 yr "Clitoris! The Musical" has actually been floating around for a while, but is only now getting an official release It kind of reminds me of Kate Nash songs with the 'raw' vocal style and piano production but obviously with an American accent and more explicit lyrics.
