Posted July 6, 20205 yr beabadoobee has been teasing her debut album to be released this year for a while now - looks like the first taste of it isn't too far away! She's actually already recording album 2 with Matty and George from The 1975 so it we won't have to wait too long after  I'm guessing that also means the debut will feature a lot of already released songs. I hope there isn't too much, but I'd like to see If You Want Me and Space Cadet on there (I imagine She Plays Bass is probably a given).
July 14, 20205 yr Oh wow, it's very 90s. I love it! I had no idea what to expect, my only previous exposure to her was 'Death Bed' and I absolutely hate it.
July 14, 20205 yr Author Oh wow, it's very 90s. I love it! I had no idea what to expect, my only previous exposure to her was 'Death Bed' and I absolutely hate it. She also hates Death Bed  (I'm hoping she's got some good money from it though!)
July 15, 20205 yr I've not been fussed about any of her stuff EXCEPT Death Bed but this is fab indeed!
July 21, 20204 yr Really liking this, definitely does have a bit of a 'lost 90s classic' vibe to it - like this could play on the radio next to Sixpence None The Richer and the like and not sound out of place ~
October 14, 20204 yr Author 'Together' is out today ahead of the album on Friday, can't wait for it! It's already been receiving fantastic reviews ngDzKqMv5yM
October 14, 20204 yr I really like most of the songs released so far without loving any of them, certainly to the levels of She Plays Bass last year.
October 14, 20204 yr 'Care' is still great but the other singles since then have not really made any impact on me at all unfortunately (not heard 'Together' yet but still 3 singles in a row that I didn't care for).
October 14, 20204 yr Author Worth It is probably my favourite now tbh! The early reviews for the album have all been very positive as well. I also ordered the Spotify-top listeners CD + zine bundle earlier (for a very reasonable price for one of those )
