British singer Ella Henderson had all been dismissed as a one era wonder prior to 2019 but then after a 4 year gap she made a return and was once again back in the UK Top 40 singles chart again. As well as a debut #1 single, she has made a few dance features both in the last year and in 2015 and hopefully this is a sign of a bright future for her as a singer. I would have expected her to have done many more collaborations by this point in her career but after a 4 year hiatus it was very welcomed to see her return to the charts in 2019. This is my ratings for Ella’s collabs (and I’ve purposely missed out her uncredited vox with Nathan Dawe);

I know she will continue to release music both as a solo artist and a featured artist, and that’s proven by her uncredited release this week with Nathan Dawe. I hope she gets credited on other songs in the future. I think she will definitely make a song with Joel Corry and maybe Europa too (especially given she’s recorded with Jax Jones already).

I chose 'Glitterball' but 'Here For You' is very good too, and her vocal on 'Lighter' is very good too, even with the vocal pitched up a bit.

Here For You, though they’re all good.

Yeah, they are!

But I prefer 'Glitterball'.

'This Is Real' by far. I feel like 'Hold Me Close' is underrated, it bops.

Actually not a great list of songs, those top 3 are all among each producer's weaker tracks.

 

So leaves it as a massive win for This Is Real. Great track & conversely one of Jones' best!

Close between Glitterball and This Is Real but the former slightly sneaks it for me.
