August 18, 20204 yr Author That was my favourite one of these virtual concerts to date :wub: thank you everyone for making it such a fun night! I've been wanting to revisit 'One Love Manchester' properly for ages so I'm glad to finally have that ticked off. Last one of these next week with the Sweetener World Tour, back to 8pm. <3
August 18, 20204 yr Thanks for hosting again Jade :heart: It feels so crazy and surreal reliving that night. The whole show was amazing, especially as it was organised in such a small amount of time. I have such vivid memories of the whole night. The whole crowd singing “Manchester, we’re strong” for at least an hour after the show ended and everyone was leaving, just about making the last train home after desperately running around Manchester, everyone singing for the whole train journey home, not reaching home until 3am when I had an exam the next morning at 9. It was honestly one of those nights that will live with me forever. Ariana will forever be my idol for what she did. Especially with what happened in London the night before, everyone was quite on edge at the start but as soon as the show started, everything seemed to be just forgotten about and the atmosphere was fully about togetherness and unity for the whole night. I’ve got so much love for everyone associated with that night in anyway. RIP to the angels who lost their life :heart:
