It's deffo wrong. With a quick google search I saw that Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep' spent 65 weeks on the chart and there are others.

Well technically it was over 1 billion long time ago when combined both versions but amazing achievement nonetheless!!!

 

In long run I can see Cold Heart getting there too and of course Scared To Be Lonely is couple month shy for reaching 1 billion as well!!!
