My constructive critism, the girls hair should be green, and the blue tinsel covering the logo should go to a different place.

And you completly got rid of the flower which should stay.

I'll change it. Yours is white though, and the tinsel looks good there.

Well grey, it doesn't matter what colour though, i'll also do another one later.
