In case it's been missed, the video for 'You Can Call Me' is below.

Also, a new remix of Mr Haze by GBX & Paul Keenan, which sounds very early 2000, worth a listen.

The video is here, didn't realise she liked a doubie now and again.

oh I like it, very catchy

and the video is genius and hilarious, her accent is so thick and I cannot understand anything hahaha

Wow, this was always an unexpected collaboration at the time, certainly wouldn't have expected to see another, especially as Texas have become even more MOR with their recent albums.

I think it's the most instant single they've put out in a while though. Although the melody chords are basically the same as Summer Son?

When was their last album released?

2017, one of their best imo.

I didn’t realise it was soon recently, must check it out!

Single mix without Wu-Tang Clan now available.

sounds very good, incredible, good they can still write such feel good melodic tunes

I agree, I guess they released the Wu-Tang Clan version first as they thought it would bring in more attention?

Second single now has been relased.

Mr Haze is better than hi but neither tracks have the magic of their peak career days.

Loving Mr Haze! Really good use of the Donna Summer sample.

Just had to google this, don't remember the Donna song.

what DS song is sampling? don't recognise it either

love both recent singles, good to have them back

It samples 'Love's unkind', this song is such a grower, possibly stronger than 'Hi'.

It’s been a long time since Texas sounded this good imo, their last couple of singles could have easily been from their heyday of the late 90s.
not familiar with the original, but sounds good, it's a smart use of the sample (=the Ava Max influence) :D
