We are in December now. How many streams does Christmas Wrapping average on a day?

The last few days in November it was doing between 60-72k streams. On Friday it did 99k streams when it was updated on Saturday

Tomorrow Christmas Wrapping will over take Move Over's stream total to be their 15th most streamed song on Spotify.

Then there will only be Love Thing, Saturday Night Divas and NGUOTGT ahead of it album track wise in total streams. It should pass Love Thing and Saturday Night Divas before Christmas week.

Great that it is having another boost and seemingly getting some push from the record company, since it is being played on radio as well!

It started to get some airplay last year on radio 2, it gets a fair bit in the states too.

The US seems to be where it started from, I'm not sure how but it just started to get a bit of traction in the US last year and that is why it was put on the big Christmas pop playlist. It was added pretty late if I remember like December 3rd so it has only really had 1 year exposure.

It defo needs a radio edit to truly take off.

Christmas Wrapping has just been added as track 1 to the Spice Girls Best Of playlist, that will certainly help it.

Just need it putting high up on This Is Spice Girls now too.

It never got added to Best Of last year.

Snow globe is sold out already. I snagged one early as I knew they would.

For the first time ever I have ordered a tshirt off the store as I really like the navy Spiceworld gold one. I like simple designs and navy colour so it ticked boxes for me.

None of this Christmas merch appealed to me, so my wallet is safe... thank you, ladies x
Spice Girls and Xmas go hand in hand. Still one of the biggest missed opportunities in pop that they didn't release a couple Xmas songs...

They actually did. Sleigh Ride and Christmas Wrapping both say 'hello!'.

I get what is meant though, Sleigh Ride was I'm sure done in one take and has the talky bits, Christmas Wrapping is just two of them.

One proper 5 piece properly recorded Christmas song would do wonders.

The proper, ideal time for a Christmas single would have been in 1999 in my opinion, accompanied by a Christmas EP and it would have given them a 4th Christmas #1 or at least give them another really good seller/streamer...

I personally think that boat has sailed..

FINALLY an anniversary post with an actual link to proper content -_-

Also, Too Much (Alternate version) is almost at 1million views, making it the second most successful video release from the Spiceworld25 series :teresa:

Now lets get Spice Up Your Life and the Step To Me and Move Over videos to get more views please! It is SAD that the most interesting ones that actually provided new content have been left to dry  And no, I dont care for that awful Never Give Up On The Good Times video, it sucks ass

Christmas Wrapping up to #5 on their popular list on Spotify.

Will be #2 in no time as #2-#5 of their most popular all stream very similar numbers daily.

Just on the Too Much anniversary celebrations still, this is still one of their best ever performances of it:
