December 3, 200618 yr Author no she is not the best singer and no this isnt real. yes she knows she aint the best singer and of course they have made her sound better on the recording but get over it this is what happens with all artists today. :P Not all artists at all mate, I can tell you that... None of the bands I listen to use any of that digitally-enhanced sh!te, unless it's to use a distortion effect to make the vocals sound totally fukked up, but there's no pretence there that it's the real voice....

Dont you remember the days when Charity records were actually half decent....? "Do They Know It's Christmas" being one randomly plucked out of the air... None of 'miming' sh!te back then, the performers stood or fell on the strengths of their REAL voices.... AND it was an actual ORIGINAL song as well, not some pishy third rate cover version.... The video for this "song" is particularly horrendous and totally self-indulgent as well... Christ, it's supposed to be for a fukkin' KID'S CHARITY.... Just why the hell are we having to endure five minutes of these two arseholes pretending to be Cary Grant and Grace Kelly.......??? <_< Let's not kid ourselves, Andre and Jordan are doing this ultimately for number one (and I aint talking about chart placings here....) and their own future careers... I tell you what was actually less offensive, Peter Kay just taking the p!ss last year.... calm down, it's not your cup of tea we get it.. just avoid it and move on.

You remember that episode of Friends where Pheobe got a record deal and the record company totally digitally enhanced her voice for the "Smelly Cat" video so it sounded like she actually could sing....? And she actually believed that was her voice...? Same sense of utter delusion here methinks....

But as Grami says, this record is just the oompa loompa and his plastic whore trying to get publicity for themselves in the name of charidee. It's nothing more than a naff novelty record like the Crazy Frog. You always get them at Christmas time.
December 4, 200618 yr its real, you can pick up on her tone (its distinctive even when she speaks) and when she does hit the right note (tis a rare occurance) you can tell its definately her, also peter is singing live too how can he sing on top of her vocal? you can't just cut and paste that part, oh no its 100% real!! i agree her publicist is trying to discredit this recording by saying its a fake its a good tactic cause many are falling for it, she needs to sing it live on tv to prove it really is her voice

And after this, you'd need to have access to a professional sound edit suite - ie, of broadcast quality.

I seriously doubt that recording is real, as the actual recording can clearly be heard underneath the impersonator(s). I am by no means saying Katie Price is a half decent singer as she's not, or even if it is her singing on the single as it probably isn't, but this recording is absolutely fake!

One of the worst vocal performances I've ever heard, and I find it hard to believe she could have became such a good singer in six months, which is why I don't think it's her on the single. However, it's clear as day that the recording at the top of the page is just a p*** take.

Don't have a go at me! I'm not denying that she is a c**p singer as she obviously is. However, it is blatantly obvious the recording is faked. It's very bad sound quality and the actual [single] recording can be heard underneath the bad vocals. Listen to it carefully (if you can bear to!). I have not heard any of Jordan's publicists or journalists saying that it's fake - it is completely my own judgement. The Eurovision performance shows that she is a rubbish singer, but the Children in Need performance was in fact mimed, and it does not take much "scientific" evidence to hear that the recording is a hoax - a hoax which would be much easier to pull off than you said in a previous post.
