This Is Love is the first of mine to go out.

I know Let Me Love You is hardly ground-breaking but I just think it's a really well put together record with nice lyrics and a catchy tune.

So close to this being another subpar Cheryl #1 getting points only from Joseph xx

None of Cheryl’s #1s apart from Fight for This Love (which is 2000s) have any merit IMO, sorry!

'Let Me Love You' is actually one of my least favourite Ne-Yo tracks tbh. I don't mind 'This Is Love' but it's never stood out as anything special to me.

 

Cheryl's 2014 Number 1s are both god awful, no wonder that was the end of her success.

Fight For This Love was definitely her best solo work although I do have a bit of a soft spot for 'Promise This'. I remember it being on Now 77 which was funnily enough the last physical CD I ever bought. :lol:

I do quite like “Under the Sun” from her though but that charted at about #19 I think

None of my votes have dropped out yet! I do have a bit of a soft spot for 'Replay' though.

We'll do a recap at 150ish of what's left and how many tracks each voter still has left in the rate.

That's a good idea! It'll be interesting to see if there are any songs that someone had as their favourite of the decade but no one else voted for, we might reach that stage pretty soon if we get up to the songs with 30 points.

No 1 for 2 weeks in November 2011- Managing a run at the top in between spells at the top for “We Found Love”- seems you don’t like it as much though….

 

Two of mine out together :( 'Burn' might be a little basic but it's still my favourite thing Ellie's done. Although it really hasn't stood the test of time if only two people voted for it!

 

As for 'Read All About It', I was pretty obsessed with Pro Green for those first two albums and still go back to them - I can't quite believe it's been 10 years though!

Three decent songs there, none of them were particularly close to getting in my top 30 but good songs nonetheless, I certainly prefer the Pro Green version of Read All About It to the one with just Emeli.

Ellie Goulding can’t sing

Rare to have a trio of songs I actually know and don't mind.

 

It would be nice to get to the recap without losing any, I've only lost my 30th placed song (Dynamite) so far, and I'd expect 28 of the others to get in, but one I've been thinking will be revealed soon for a few days now!
