I just think it's typical that something official has said that Mariah HAS sold more and Madonna fans will ALWAYS find a way to argue with it, it could come from the friggin' Pope himself, and they still wouldn't believe it, they're just gonna have to get used to it.

 

Well as I say the last I heard Confessions had sold 7.6/7.7ish, and Mimi had sold just under 10m.

lol off topic but... How can not that kind have more platinum awards when Freak of Nature and the Anastacia album has sold more :unsure: But yeah your right, after ana's next album she'll overtake the madge of the minge -_-

mmmm Well i hope anastacia smashes madge's record.

 

And i hope mariah has sold more than madge.. i don't care if that woman can change the way she looks everyday and fits in with what music is hot at the time.... the fact is that maria has the better voice... you listen to albums/singles.. you don't watch them .. the reason why albums should be bought ... madge has some catchy songs and i do have some on my Ipod but she doesn't deserve to be the highest selling female of all time... and yes mariah hasn't been around as long and she didn't release for quite a while due to the breakdown era .. with two albums out next year hopefully she will out sell madge by alot but will they sell as much as mimi... i'm not sure... the album after a huge one always seem to sell little and then the album after seems to do well and kelly what is mariah;s phrase because i love it but i have forgotten it :( she says it when something is hot etc
