I've played both songs back to back and I can't work out how it's supposedly the same chord sequence, both in the music or the melody of the chorus/verses.

 

This seems ridiculous to me, at least with the Taylor Swift 'Deja Vu' one I sorta get it.

if you play them on guitar, the chorus is the same chords

if the BTS store had the same rules as iTunes, only 1 copy allowed per version, Good 4 U had been #1 for many weeks
