It's not her fault, it's the fault of the Spotify playlists that have supported it so much and still do... if only ACR was applied to Spotify playlists too :D

I strongly doubt the remix was released with the UK charts ACR rules in mind

Of course even if a remix does take a song out of ACR it doesnt automatically mean it spends a long time in the higher position. The effect may only last 3 weeks. For example the Kid Laroi/Miley Cyrus remix of 'Without You' did cause the song to jump back.up but after being reset but just 3 weeks later it went back to ACR and plummeted. 'Save your Tears' which had the remix released April 22 obviously has done well to keep being streamed since.
The aim of the Remix was to go to #1 in the US, like if US labels would plan duets and new remixes just to avoid ACR in the UK :D
