I have created two new leagues for the new season of Fantasy Premier League. Anyone can join if they want to and there is no deadline for the main league as it will be open for the whole season. The head-to-head league will be automatically locked though once the scoring for the first gameweek has started. I've just read that they've added a new knockout cup competition for the classic scoring league which will start in the 2nd half of the season depending on the size of the league which finishes on the last day of the season.
