y'know i'm probably reaching and absolutely wrong - but there was a song meant to be on Get Weird that they wrote with MNEK and produced by him (the snippet is here - it's very short, it's the first one at like 00:04 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqqGw-RkiwE...nnel=FiorellaM) and the snippet we got reminds me of it so much - probably just due to the 1-2-3 horn-esque punchy beat but it would be cool if they had taken a get weird era song and reinvented it for Between Us

Jesy probably will do better at first so it’s important for stans not to have a meltdown. Her label are going to be throwing everything at this and Little Mix are no longer an act that has a massive debut, they slow burn now.

Leigh-Anne and Jade teamed up with hitmaker MNEK to write the tune alongside singer-songwriters Lauren Aquilina and Sakima.

 

On the new track, Perrie said: 'We've loved being back in the studio this year working on new songs for the upcoming album and can't wait for everyone to hear what we've cooked up!'

interesting group of writers - both quite unknown although Lauren has written for Ava, Demi and Rina (and for Rina it was Tokyo Love Hotel which is one of her best)
