When did they film the video for this? I still (sound like a broken record here) am concerned of overexposure but I guess the Anne-Marie collab hasn't really taken off and Heartbreak Anthem is out of the top 20 now so I imagine there's still a thirst for new LM music. I just can't believe how much material they've released in the last 12 months but not complaining!

I feel like all 5 songs have been carefully curated and created between Jade/MNEK/Leigh who.. are all v good at creating solid bops. they’re all aware how much we loved Confetti (Remix), Sweet Melody & Happiness so I can’t see them going in a complete opposite direction and serving us something weak.

 

Even though it’s only 5 songs let’s just remember how well that 1 - 5 run on Confetti was.

 

Edit: MNEK just stated on twitter it doesn’t sample Anita Baker’s Sweet Love but it does sample something else.
