Tbf Hayley has been entered 4 times before and only one of those did particularly well (the other three were DNQ, 27th and 39th respectively) so perhaps this DNQ shouldn't be as surprising as it is oops

Would be interested to see what the current Q streak looks like these days as it certainly does often seem that the same countries make it through every time. But that is usually because they have the hype before together with the fan base of the artist, song or genre.
