What I’d have done is… scrap the walk the line part and have one winner from each show and put the winners of each show against one another and then have someone take £500k like that. The concept of someone potentially singing just once and getting £500k is a bit confusing and I’d feel a bit cheated seeing someone do one performance and take it over someone who potentially may have gotten through every show and fell at the last hurdle.

I don’t know if I can see the show coming back though as a nation right now I feel we’re tired of singing based talent shows. From the shows I’ve seen there were a few people on there who had talent but it lacked a personal connection of like rooting for the contestants if that makes sense I know it died a slow death but with X Factor I felt like I knew the contestants on a personal level and I’d root for them where as with this I didn’t really give a toss.

I agree, and have the winners battle it out in the final, also agree someone from the last night winning would feel an easy win. Hard to know if it will come back but the talent was good although I thought the contestants on the final night were the weakest from all the nights.

I enjoyed the show but agree that parts of the format were a little confusing. I also thought the contestants in the final were the weakest of any show overall.

One part I don't understand is the first show offer. They offered Ella 10k or continue, but then the next night she had the choice of 20k or continue without having to risk anything between those choices so was guaranteed at least 20k anyway?

She would only have been able to continue if she won the audience vote - if she wasn't top, she'd have been eliminated and left with nothing!
