November 12, 20213 yr Author Thanks for your comments again! One day I might remember to reply during the week :lol: Hey Ansel! :hi: OH MY GOD YES at Screaming entering at #2. Now I've always been a massive fan of Chvrches albeit less so this era. Their first couple of albums were perfect and really wish they'd stuck exclusively to that sound instead of mixing it up but I do understand all bands evolve. In that sense this era has been a mixed bag for me. Screaming is more or less what I expect and love from Chvrches. To top it off imo it could easily have been included on the main album and been given a single release. Kiss Of Life is of course smashing. Both Jessie and Kylie are two of my favourite artists, Jessie moreso because I align with her music a bit more. But both of them the gays like me Stan and it's no wonder. This video is bloody amazing. It's weird to see them both 'doing the dance' for each other and not something I ever thought I needed until now and it just makes the whole song that much better. Loving that run for Good Ones. It's epic and the new Drag video has made it even better :lol: By the way, I think my section here on Kiss Of Life should be an official review of the song and video. Don't ya think :lol: Great chart! ^_^ Ah yeah Screaming is a bit more classic CHVRCHES for sure! I'm quite enjoying the more rock-y sound they've got atm and I think I'm one of the few fans who didn't hate Love Is Dead :kink: agree though, all three of the bonus tracks are main album worthy. Obviously a Kylie/Jessie collab was going to be a moment™ and it doesn't disappoint! I like that it's more in Jessie's style tbh, a different sort of angle for Kylie. Oh I haven't seen the drag video for Good Ones yet! But the visuals for this era have been absolutely on point. Hey Ansel! Nice to see CHVRCHES songs debut in your top 5 and the debut for "Kiss Of Life". Great chart. Glad you're liking these ones too! The CHVRCHES ones especially have really outdone my expectations :wub:
