It has a European part ^_^ Istanbul is in that part, even though it isn't Turkey's actual capital Eurovision was hosted there in 2004 :D

 

Anyway, you don't need to be in Europe to take part in Eurovision - hence Israel's presence, Morocco's sole presence in 1980 when Israel couldn't take part and Lebanon's near presence in 2005 ^_^
