"Beautiful" brings people to tears

 

Christina's "Beautiful" makes the Top 10 Saddest Songs in a scientific survey out today! Dr Harry Witchel carried out the research and claims that scientifically "Beautiful ranked #8 in the list of songs which bring more people to tears than any others. The scientific test measured people's heart rate, breathing and skin temperature as they listened to a variety of tear jerkers.

Great stuff, the song is inspirational, as well as beautiful ^_^

its a FANTASTIC song but i dont think its upsetting, 'Hurt' is however... :D

I :wub: Beautiful, It's a GREAT song and I'm not surprised it makes people cry. The way Christina sings it is AMAZING and she's such a FANTASTIC singer, Voice Within is my absolute favourite, But I like Beautiful too. :D

Beautiful sounds so formulaic and ordinary to me... Hurt is a better ballad and it contains more emotion.

I must admit, Hurt was the ability to reduce me to tears a lot more than Beautiful does. -_-
