Acording to Teletext Sharon Osborne may not do the next series of the X-factor and Simon wnated a new judge anyway. Acording to teletext Emma Bunton is Simons top choice.

I think they should have a break from doing another series of the x factor. It would be overload to do another series next year. I see chico is releasing his new album at the start of 2007. That will probably flop.

I really like all three of the judges and I'd love Emma to be a fourth judge but to be honest, I can't see Sharon quitting The X Factor. I'm also not sure I can see any change or additions to the judging panel as it wouldn't be the same if they were to change something like that. Also, speculation about the judges futures and any possible additions etc all went round last year with Victoria Beckham and Gary Barlow linked with being either a third judge to replace Louis who considered quitting or to be a fourth judge. Sharon has after every single X Factor series said she wants a break and may not do it next year yet each year she keeps coming back to do it and she's said already that she's gonna do it next year so as much as I love Emma and would like her to be a fourth judge, I don't think there will be any changes or additions to the judging panel and yes like it or not there will be another X Factor series next year.
