January 25, 20223 yr Author 21ST: NIKITA MAZEPIN 2.5 ZGAiPU2iIN8 ExladqeC_yM Improving slowly. Very slowly. Has made some good points about some drivers being treated more favourably than othersThe worst of the worst, causing accidents on a daily basis, shouldn't be on F1 daddy's cash, daddy's cash, daddy's cash, a least he crashed the least out of the rookies
January 25, 20223 yr Author 20TH: ROBERT KUBICA 4.125 n9wmTN2ZpnY A solid stand in but best years well behind him.not too much to go on but did ok in his stand-ins
January 25, 20223 yr Author 19TH: VALTTERI BOTTAS 4.5625 OsrynJaZ8sY _rap5URcKNE Wildly inconsistent if undoubtedly a strong qualifier in general. Can be impressive one week and awful the next. Understandably jettisoned by MercedesGood qualifier but thats it. Awful at racing and incapable of passing others even with the best car in the competition. solid #2 as per after a shaky start to the season, helped merc win constructors once again
January 25, 20223 yr Author 5 18TH: LANCE STROLL 4.6875 3oNCmFSsEBI H2aV0BRU5hU Lucky to still be there. The flashes of potential shown last year are not apparent this time aroundIf papa Stroll wasn't sending checks he wouldn't have no place in F1, he doesn't have what it takes. very average season and he's actually regressed from last year
January 25, 20223 yr I am amazed Bottas was that low Yes he was in a dominant car and sometimes underperformed, but he got the points over Perez to get the constructors
January 25, 20223 yr Lots of crash videos here! I'm sure they all had some positive moments last year as well
February 9, 20223 yr Author 17TH: YUKI TSUNODA 4.75 fvgbwL-mwPg Erratic and sometimes a liability but improved as he learnt the sport. Give him another year and see how he is then before judging too muchStill think he's not good enough and hasn't done enough to keep the seat even as a rookie it's bit pretty disappointing with too many crashes and incidents, much more needed next season
February 21, 20223 yr Author 1 16TH: NICHOLAS LATIFI 4.9375 FhGtHGBAjU4 Not terrible but not great. Improving steadily but not up to standardPoor car but he hasn't shown any indication he's a good driver not even once tempted to -1 for costing lewis the title but he deserves his seat even if nothing spectaular
February 21, 20223 yr Author 1 15TH: ANTONIO GIOVANAZZI 5 52WLFOXaUg0 Unfairly dumped from the sport considering some of the other drivers. Good qualifier at times but inconsistent race performance. Unlucky tooMuch better than people think, pity to see him go good quali performances let down by average races, only 3 points is a super disappointing return
February 21, 20223 yr Author 14TH: MICK SCHUMACHER 5.0625 bavRMH1RJVs Has traditionally taken a year to settle in both F3 and F2. Next year will be telling, but impossible to judge in the worst car out there.Don't think he's shown much this season, cannot recall a single occasion in which I thought there's potential, but of course he has the lousiest car clearly the most promising rookie but still made a few too many errors, promising talent nontheless
February 21, 20223 yr Author 3 13TH: KIMI RAIKKONEN 5.3125 Ga2uaXDq_Kw The best starter on the grid in terms of places gained at the start. Arguably down to poor qualifying. Reflexes are gone but the mind is still sharpTime to go, an embarrassment with silly crashes for most of the races reasonably decent final season without any standout moments
February 21, 20223 yr Author 3 12TH: SEBASTIAN VETTEL 5.5625 ynVhimT2qNY Still on the decline and no longer much of a force on track. Great elder statesman influence and role model in the paddockThink his best days are past and should definitely consider retiring. Bad car for sure but some bad driving too. nothing too spectacular but a decent enough first season at a new team
February 21, 20223 yr Author 10 11TH: DANIEL RICCIARDO 6.4375 PFhL07j4yVM Great driver who took perhaps too long to adapt to the 'weird' McLaren handling. Improved after the break but still not quite there. Popular win in MonzaStill not adapted to the McLaren even after 1 whole season. Very disappointing season overall race win helps disguise a really disappointing season but did pick it up a bit in later races
February 21, 20223 yr Author 1 10TH: GEORGE RUSSELL 6.625 OqFxju5a738 Some great qualifying performances. Still has bad starts and questionable racecraftA tad over-rated, sure he can be good at 1 lap in qualifying but he's made tons and tons of mistakes, again and again and again. He ended up the season completely deflated and even beaten by Latifi. weirdly went off the boil in the final quarter but fantastic season earning him a big team move
February 21, 20223 yr Author 9TH: SERGIO PEREZ 7.0625 052kqfAhEls Struggled with the car for some time and never likely to challenge Max. Poor qualifier but a great tyre preserver and defensive driver when needed. Solid number 2.Some ups but lots of downs. He's been useful to the team for sure but a bit disappointed about his performance overall. i'll bump up half a point for his Abu Dhabi defendingmassive upgrade on previous RB #2s and was a reliable points scorer towards the end even if miles off max pace-wise
February 21, 20223 yr Author 6 8TH: ESTEBAN OCON 7.3125 N0gZPb2jpBw Fortuitous but earned win in Hungary. Solid but not eliteBesides a couple of extremely lucky races, disappointing driver overall and not top elite like I thought he was. more promising than last season and the race win caps off a successful year
February 21, 20223 yr Author 4 7TH: CHARLES LECLERC 7.5 cGz0Kle3yGw Unable to dominate newcomer Sainz, which either means he's no a great as I thought he was or Sainz is better than I figuredHampered by the car at times but great driver overall, quick and with lots of class although he has also done some rookie mistakes at times unlucky not to score more points this season, a good year again but not by his lofty standards
